[Order appointing a committee to contract for the Printing &c] " that Messrs Fillebrown, Folsom and Chase with such as the Senate may join be a committee to receive sealed Proposals from the several printers, which proposals shall be held intire[entire] by said Committee until proposals so received shall be opened and examined by said Committee who are authorized to contract, to have all the printing done as to them shall appear most for the advantage and interest of the State. The Senate concurred and Messrs. Kingsbury and Witham were joined.
