79 Resolve respecting a Gaol[Jail] in Eastport, taken from the last years files of the Senate, & sent down by request, was referred to a Committee consisting of Messrs Marshall of China, Whittemore of Hebron & Dean of Brownfield with such as the Senate may join. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Lermond & als that the salary of the Judge of Probate of Lincoln County may be increased, was read & referred to the select committee of both Houses upon that subject. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Joshua J Chase & als of Kittery for authority to take toll at a Bridge to be erected over Spruce Creek, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.
