(131) [Bill for the preservation of Lewiston Bridge.] Mr. Drummond, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, on the Petition of the Directors of Lewiston Bridge, reported a Bill entitled " An act for the preservation of Lewiston Bridge" which was read the first time and Monday next at eleven o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.

[Bill to remove Prisoners from Penobscot Jail to Waldo] A Bill from the House entitled "an act to authorize the removal of Prisoners from the Jail in the County of Penobscot to the Jail in the County of Waldo" reported in the House from the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary, came up, passed to be engrossed, for concurrence; it was read the first time and Monday next at eleven o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.

[Bill to alter the fall term of S.J.C. Lincoln County] The Bill entitled "An act altering the time of the fall term of the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Lincoln" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed, in concurrence.

[Bill to incorp. Maine Baptist Convention.] The Bill entitled "an act to incorporate the Maine Baptist Convention" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

[Bill Ministerial Fund in Bridgton] The Bill entitled " an act to extend the powers of the Trustees on the Ministerial funds on Bridgton" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed.
