[Bills enacted] Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported a Bill to incorporate the Casco Bank, Bill respecting public shows and exhibitions, and Bill to annex certain inhabitants of Buxton to the town of Standish: to be truly copied, and they were passed to be enacted.-

[Bills] Bill additional to an act for the due observance of the Lord's day, and Bill respecting the fisheries in St. George's River, came up with amendments in which the Senate concurred, and they were passed to be engrossed.-

Bill respecting Representatives in classed Districts, came up, and the House postpone the same indefinitely: The Senate nonconcur the House, and adhere to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed : sent down : came up concurred.-

[Resolve] Resolve respecting returns of County expenses passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.-

[Report on Petition] Report on the Committee on petition of Jacob Goodwin and als. came up nonconcurred, with an order referring the same to the next Legislature: The Senate reconsider their vote by which they accepted the report, and concur with the House in the reference.-
