Hour, was read and concurred, and Messrs Meqquier, Steele and Drummond were joined, on the part of the Senate: That so much as relates to communications from the Executives of other States be referred to a Select Committee, to be joined by the Senate, and appointing Messrs. Boutelle of Waterville, Kent of Bangor, & Swett of Prospect on the part of the House, was read and concurred and Messrs. Dunlap & Hinds were joined, on the part of the Senate:
