[Resolve in favor Warden of State Prison] Mr. Parsons had leave to lay on the table Resolve in favor, of the Warden of the State Prison read once and today at 11 assigned for a second reading.

[Resolve in favor of James Irish] Mr. Parsons from the Committee in State Lands, on order of February 21, reported Resolve in favor of James Irish and the same was read once and to day at 11 oClock assigned for a 2nd reading.

[Com on State Prison discharged from the Report of J. Thayer & T. Pillsbury] Mr. Phelps from the committee on the State Prison &c requested to be discharged from the further consideration of the Governor's special message of January 31st respecting the Report of Jon Thayer and Timothy Pillsbury a committee to examine the State Prison. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
