The Resolve entitled "Resolve in relation to the unexpended balances of certain appropriations" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr Gardner, from the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, on the Petition of E.K. Smart & others, reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature. The Report was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
