The Senate substituted the new Draft for the original Bill, and passed the same to be Engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Bill to incorporate Commercial Bank] The Bill entitled "An act to incorporate the Commercial Bank at Bangor" came up indefinitely postpones, for concurrence: The Senate adhered to their former vote and nonconcurred the House.
