Reports on the petitions of Charles Greene & al - of James Hawes & al - of Nathaniel Williams & al - granting leave to withdraw - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence, and the House concurred.

Petitions of Christopher Atkinson & others & report thereon - of Inhabitants of Burnham & report thereon - of Inhabitants of Unity & report thereon - all taken from the last years files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on the Incorporation of towns for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill - additional to an Act to incorporate the Proprietors of Merrymeeting Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Petition of Thomas Cunningham & als referred in this House on the 25th inst to the committee on Parishes, came from the Senate nonconcurred & referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill - to annex part of the town of Norridgewock to the town of Milburn, came from the Senate, that body refusing to concur in the amendment proposed by the House at T. and further amending the Bill as on slip annexed marked B. The House receded from their proposed amendment and concurred with the Senate in passing the Bill to be engrossed as by them amended.
