[Question on accepting Report] The Question then recurring on accepting so much of the report as declares Abijah Usher Jr. elected, as much by Mr. Kingsbury in the forenoon session, and that question, on motion, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the negative as follows: [Yeas] Yeas Messrs.
