(220) Wednesday 10th March 1830.

The Senate met according to adjournment.

[State Treasurers Bond] Mr. Dunlap had leave to lay on the table a Bond from Elias Thomas Esq. Treasurer of the State, which, on motion, was committed to Messrs. Dunlap and Kingsbury with such as the House may join. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred, and Messrs. Swan of Portland, White of Monmouth, and Charles of Fryeburg were joined on the part of the House. [Mr. Healey had leave of absence - Mr. Ingalls same - Mr. Kingsbury same - Mr. Davee same.] Mr. Healey asked for and obtained leave of absence, after this day for the remainder of the session. Mr. Ingalls asked for and obtained leave of absence for the remainder of the session after Friday next. Mr. Kingsbury asked for and obtained leave of absence for the remainder of the session after tomorrow. Mr. Davee asked for and obtained leave of absence for the remainder of the session after Monday next. [order relative to Pay Roll] On motion by Mr. Davee, Ordered, that the pay of Mr. Healey, for his attendance at this session of the Senate be made up for all the time since the date of his former leave of absence.
