Reports of the Committee on the order respecting further provisions to secure dwelling Houses from fire - - on the order respecting an amendment of the law for the regulation of Inholders, Retailers &c- - on the order, respecting allowing Clerks to Registers of Deeds & remitting the 17 cents required of Registers &c - on the order, respecting a repeal of the Act of March 7. 1826 exempting certain goods from Attachment - - on the order, respecting an amendment of the law for taxing owners & tenants of unimproved lands living without the State. that legislation on those subject are inexpedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Samuel Shaw & als, referring the subject to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petitions of Nathaniel Noyes & al & report thereon taken from the last years files - of Ephm Small & als to be incorporated as a Religious Society - of Asa Lassell & als that Nathl Noyes & als may be annexed to Unity came from the Senate, severally accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
