The committee on the petition of Nathaniel Coffin & als were discharged from the further consideration of the same, and the subject was referred to the committee on Banks and Banking.

Reports on the petitions of Oliver N Allen & al - of Christopher Atkinson & al - of Inhabitants of Burnham granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Samuel Lancy & al - ordering notice came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of John W Patten & al, granting leave for a Bill, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - to establish the Oldtown Canal, which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of Elijah B Stackpole & others, referring the subject to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

The committee on the Judiciary were discharged from the further consideration of the petition of Horatio Southgate and the same was referred to the joint committee who have under consideration the subject of Probate Salaries in concurrence.
