Report on the petition of Samuel Little & al, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence, & the House recommitted the report - Sent up for concurrence.

Reports of the committee on the order relating to apprentices - & - on the order respecting compensation to Quarter Master of Regiments - that it is inexpedient to legislate on those subjects, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

The committee on the Remonstrance of the Inhabitants of Danville were discharged from the further consideration of the subject, & the same was referred to the committee on the incorporation of parishes &c - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Ruggles & als referred to the committee on the Judiciary on the 2nd instant, came from the Senate nonconcurred & referred to the committee on Banks & Banking for concurrence and the House concurred.

An additional Resolve for opening and clearing a road from the South line of township numbered two Old Indian purchase on the East side of the Penobscot river to Mettanawcook Stream, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve providing for the choice of Electors of President & Vice President, was read once and Thursday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel L Ingersoll, was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - to set off Joseph Leighton from Westbrook to Falmouth was read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.
