On motion of Mr Dagget of New Vineyard Ordered that Messrs Dagget of New Vineyard. White of Milburn, Megs of China with such as the Senate may join be a Committee to inquire into the expediency of enacting a law to prohibit the sale of Lottery Tickets in this State with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
