49 The House resumed the consideration of the order of the 6th instant providing for the State printing the current year and the question was upon amending the order by inserting the words 'and that said Committee should receive sealed proposals from the several printer in the town of Portland until the day of January instant regard being had to quality of materials and manner of correction and the question upon adopting this amendment was taken by yeas as follows yeas 131 Nays 4 - and the order passed as amended - sent up for concurrence (For yeas and nays see page 402) An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Ingalls Kingsbury Hutchings Davee and Cole a Committee with such as the House may join to prepare a calculation for this State & the House concurred and joined on their part Messrs McIntire of York Power of Sanford Clark of Limington.
