[Message from the Governor] Mr. Page from the Committee appointed to wait on the Governor and inquire if he has any further communication to make to the Legislature reported that the Committee had performed that service and the Governor was pleased to say that he would forthwith communicate with the two Houses by the Secretary of State after which he had no further communication to make to them.

[Acts & Resolves Titles read by Sec of State] The Secretary of State came in and read the titles of One hundred and six Acts and Fifty Eight Resolves which had been signed by the Governor during the present session of the Legislature being all the Acts and Resolves which had been presented to him during the present session of the Legislature.
