Petition of Joshua Briggs and others that the exclusive right of Ferriage between Robbinston and Saint Andrews by Steam or horse power, may be granted to William E. Robinson - was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence.
An order that the Select Committee who were appointed to receive the property in the office of the Treasury of the State from the late Treasurer Elias Thomas Esq and to transfer the same to Abner B. Thompson Esq. Treasurer elect, be authorized to settle with said Thomas - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
