133 Monday February 7, 1831 Met according to adjournment Petition of Inhabitants of Belgrade for assignment of their share of Representation - also Petition of Inhabitants of Windsor for separate Representation were severally read and referred to the committee on Apportionment of Representatives &c - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Edmund Pillsbury and others for an Academy in Newport, was read and referred to the Committee on Literary Institutions - sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of Rice King and others against the Petitions of Whitefield and Alna for opening the mill dams on Sheepscot River for the passage of Fish - also Remonstrance of Samuel Kincaid and others against the same Petition - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Timothy Hall for allowance additional to that asked in his former Petition for half pay - was read and referred to the committee on Military Pensions - sent up for concurrence.

The Speaker laid before the House the Petition of the Trustees of the Supreme Judicial Court praying for an addition of their salaries - which was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.
