Met according to adjournment

Resolve in favor of Charles Miller and Charles C Glidden was read and indefinitely postponed.

Resolve additional respecting the Canad road - laid on the table by Mr Smith of Portland was read first and second time and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bill revoking the Charter of the Kennebunk Bank - authorizing the Selectmen of the Town of Bangor to appoint a corps of Fire Enginemen. - to incorporate the town of Blanchard which were severally passed to be enacted sent up for concurrence.

The same Committee also report as duly engrossed Resolve in aid of the Deaf and Dumb which was finally passed sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that Messrs Parks of Bangor Merill of Sidney and Herrick of Alfred be a Committee with such as the Senate may join to ascertain what further business it may be necessary to act upon the present session and when the Legislature may have a recess sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire in to the expediency of having an Auditor appointed for each County to marriage the prudential Owners thereof - Also the expediency of making provision by law for an appeal from the doings of County Commissioners in
