76 [Bill relating to shooks Resolve - side booms Androscoggin River]

Bill relating to Red oak hogshead shooks and Resolve respecting the Proprietors of side booms in Androscoggin River, as amended, were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill education of Youth]

Mr. Dennett from the committee on Bills in the second reading reported in a new draft Bill additional to an Act entitled an Act to provide for the education of youth and the same was read a second time and passage refused.

[Bill - County of Waldo] Mr. Grover from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill additional to "an act establishing the County of Waldo" and the same was passed to be enacted and also [Resolve - purchase of Books] Resolve authorizing the purchase of Books for the use of Legislature and the same was finally passed

And these Bills and Resolve was presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
