Resolve establishing the seat of Government, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence – and the House assigned tuesday next at 1/2 past two o clock to consider the subject.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill – An additional act for securing to owners their property in logs, masts, spars & other timber in certain cases. -in further addition to an act to provide for the education of Youth which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
