Met according to adjournment

Bill to assess a tax on Stud Horses came from the Senate they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - was read and referred to Messrs Shapleigh of Berwick, Swett of Prospect and Wyman of Lovell. Report of Committee on Division of Towns referring to the next Legislature the Petition of David Coffin and others came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred. Report of the same Committee referring to the next Legislature the Petition of James Gilman came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred. Report of the Committee on State Lands granting leave to withdraw on Petition of Ephraim Whitney, also

Bill - to set off a part of the town of Canton and annex the same to Jay was read a first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading.
