Met according to adjournment

Resolve - additional to a resolve for a Special Term of the Supreme Court in the County of Somerset, came from the Senate referred to the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of Inhabitants of Bethel for a toll Bridge over the Androscoggin River in Bethel was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of Inhabitants of Belgrade against as assignment of Representation - was read ad referred to the Committee on Apportionment of Representatives &c - sent up for concurrence. Petition of the town of New Sharon to assess a tax on Dogs, was read and referred to Messrs Russell of New Sharon, Hoyt of Readfield and Meigs of China.

Report on the Resolve in favor of Charles Miller and John C.
