Met according to adjournment

On motion of Mr. Parks of Bangor, Ordered that the Committee on claims who have under consideration the Petition of Edward Russell for additional pay for services rendered in the office of Secretary of State be empowered and directed to inspect the Records of the doings of the Governor and Council during the period said Russell exercised the office of Secretary of State and report thereon to this Legislature - sent up for concurrence

Resolve additional to a resolve for a Special Term of the Supreme Judicial Court for the County of of Somerset was read a first time and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Legislature receive no Petitions presented after Monday next, and that the Joint Committee to directed to report as soon as may be on alt subjects committed to them - sent up for concurrence.

Report - on Petition of Nathaniel Hilton granting leave to withdraw was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Petition - of Daniel Smith Jr. and Sally Smith for a confirmation of their marriage was read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.

The committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Bill - additional respecting Highways which was passed to be enacted - also -
