This, being the day designated by the Constitution of this State, for the meeting of the Legislature thereof, the following Gentlemen, having been elected by the People, and summoned by the Governor and Council, appeared in the Senate chamber.

Messrs. Robert P. Dunlap, John L. Megguier, Theodore Ingalls. Cumberland County

Messrs. Syms Gardner, Elisha Harding, James Drummond, Carleton Dole. Lincoln County

Messrs. Sanford Kingsbery, Asher Hinds, Elijah Morse. Kennebec County

Messrs. Joshua Hall, Charles Hutchings, Jr. Hancock and Waldo Counties.

Messrs. Daniel Hutchinson, James Steele. Oxford County

Thomas Davee, Penobscot County Samuel Eastman. Somerset County
