the Committee on State Lands was read and accepted sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Timothy Hall Jr. was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill altering the times of holding the Court if Common Pleas in the County of York, laid on the table by Mr. Bourne of Kennebunk - was read a first and second time and Monday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill - respecting inholders, Retailers and Common victuallers was taken up and considered - and before any question was taken thereon the House adjourned

And the House adjourned until ten o'clock on Monday morning next.
