Saturday, February 2nd, 1828

Petition of Isaac Illsley Agent for a cession of jurisdiction to the United States of Little Mark Island was referred in concurrence to the Committee on the Judiciary. [pet. of I. Illsley]

Petition of Inhabitants of Thompson Pond Plantation that part of said plantation may be annexed to Otisfield and part to Poland ["Inh Thomp.Pnd.Plt] and Remonstrance of the town of Unity against the petition of Nathaniel Noyes and others were referred in concurrence to the Committee on Parishes.
