Report of the Committee on the Resolve in favor of Charles Miller & John C. Glidden also on the Petition of Samuel Searle was taken up ordered to lie on the table & 200 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.

Report of the Committee to whom was referred the Petition of William Rice & others asking leave to be discharged from the consideration of the same &c was read & accepted & the Petition referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional respecting salaries of Judges & Registers of Probate was taken up & discussed & before any question was taken thereon the House adjourned.
