Ordered that a Message be sent to the Governor requesting him to send to this House the Bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Reed Ferry Company provided the same has not been approved by him.

Bill authorizing the County Commissioners for the county of York to lay out a highway over tide waters of the Kennebunk River was read first and second time and Tuesday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Resolve respecting the dividing line between Hollis and Lyman came again from the Senate for concurrence, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - and the House nonconcur the Senate; adhere to their vote of March 9th and propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs.
