Mr Butler of Farmington has leave of absence after Monday next during the remainder of the session.

Ordered that the committee on Finance be instructed to inquire whether the plantation of number fourteen on Mariaville South was over taxed in the last State tax - and if overtaxed to report an abatement of the same act &c - read & passed.

Bill - regulating the fees of Jurors, laid on the table by Mr Emerson of Harrison, was referred to Messrs Emerson of Harrison, Perley of Bridgeton & Varnum of Starks.

Resolve- in favor of Thompson pond plantation, reported by a committee of this House appointed by virtue of an order of the 14th inst, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Ordered that the committee on Elections be instructed to prepare and report to this House, a suitable blank form, for the Selectmen and Assessors of towns & plantations classed for the choice of Representatives so as to introduce uniformity in their certificates of Representatives - read & passed.

Mr Barnard of Alna was appointed on the joint standing committee on Banks & Banking instead of Mr Mowry of Lubec who has obtained leave of absence.

Bill - revoking the charter of the Kennebec Bank, came from the Senate that body insisting upon their vote passing this Bill
