Messrs Marshall of China & Pitts of Belgrade have leave of absence, the former after to day & the latter after tomorrow each during the remainder of the session.

Bill - additional to an act directing the method of laying out and making provisions for the repair & amendment of Highway was called up and referred to Messrs Bryant of Fairfield, Pond of Bucksport, & Bourne of Kennebunk

Bill - to incorporate the Kennebec Agriculture Society, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - establishing the salaries of the Judge & Register of Probate for the County of Waldo, was amended as on sheet annexed marked A read 3rd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Washington County Bible Society, was amended read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Mr Weed of Hope has leave of absence after tomorrow during the remainder of the session.

Bill - to incorporate the North Yarmouth Stage Company, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve - providing compensation for certain officers of the Legislature, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.
