The select Committee of this House to whom was referred an Order requesting to opinions of the Judges of the Supreme Judicial Court, on certain questions therein contained - reported that it was inexpedient to pass the same -
The question upon accepting said report was taken by yeas and nays and decided in the affirmative as follows yeas 78 Nays 37
