Bill additional to secure to owners their property in masts spars logs & other timber came from the Senate passed to be Engrossed as further amended on sheets annexed marked B & C - and the House recede from their former vote so far as to adopt the amendments of the Senate & pass the Bills to be Engrossed as thus amended in concurrence

Resolve providing compensation to the Chaplains of the Legislature was read 1 & 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence

Resolve for the purchase of Stationary was read 1 & 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence

Mr Gilman of Wells & Mr Stanley of Industry have leave of absence after this day during the remainder of the session

The Committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bill for the abolition of Imprisonment of Honest Debtors for debt which was passed to be enacted sent up for concurrence
