Bill in addition to an Act for incorporating certain persons for the purpose of building a Bridge across Back Cove between Portland and Falmouth,” came up with an amendment, in which the Senate concur and pass the same to be reengrossed. -

[Resolve]

Resolve for the payment of engrossing Clerks and other persons,” came up with amendments: The Senate concur the House in a part, and nonconcur them in others, and now pass the same to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -

Bill to establish the Penobscot Boom Corporation,” to be truly copied, and they were passed to be enacted. - Also

Resolve authorizing the Governor to procure a title to the land on which the State Arsenal is erected,”

Resolve in addition to a Resolve apportioning State Representatives,”

Resolve making an appropriation for State Printing,”

and

Resolve granting compensation to the Chaplains of the Senate and House of Representatives,”

And they were severally passed. -
