Malborne above named - - of the Selectmen of Palermo agst the petition of the Selectmen of Washington - - of the town of Cumberland agst the petition of Saml Mason & als - were severally read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Fuller & als of Hermon, Carmel & Etna respecting the fishery - - of West Machias on the subject of the fishery in said town - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of the Proprietors of the Kennebunk Pier Corporation for an extension of their Charter - - of the town of Buxton for aid in maintaining their Bridges &c - - of B. B. Boies & als to be incorporated for the purpose of building a Bridge across Kennebec River above the mouth of Dead River - of Jedediah Varney & als of No 1. East side of Penobscot for a road - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Canals, Turnpike-roads & Bridges. Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of George Littlefield to be paid for an injury done to his horse on parade - - of John F Reeves for remuneration in pursuing Luther Richardson a fugitive from Justice were read & referred to the committee on Claims. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Trustees of Monmouth Academy for aid in establishing Female Instruction - was read & referred to the committee on Literature &c. Sent up for concurrence.
