[267] said bill to be engrossed and propose a conference and appoint Messrs Dole, Sweat and Pike, conferees on the part of the Senate, sent down for concurrence, concurred, and Messrs Barnard Herrick of Alfred and Davis of Bridgeton were joined

[order] ordered, that the times to which the Senate hereafter adjourn, be nine o’clock in the morning except on Saturdays when the adjournment shall be to the following monday at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.


[report on the pet. of B. Dunn & N. Davis] The select committee to whom was referred the resolve in favor of Benjamin Dunn and Nicholas Davis reported the same as teen into a new drat and said resolve was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
