Remonstrances of David True & others - William Sweetser & als Edward Russell & als against a division of the town of North yarmouth, was read and referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Aaron Fellows & the accompanying papers, taken from the last years files of the Senate, came down referred in Senate to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of Nathan Hills & al for indemnity on account of losses incurred in executing a Contract upon the State Prison came down referred in Senate to the Committee on the State Prison for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of the Trustees of the Mariners Church to be indemnified for the losses sustained by the nonperformance on his part of the Warden of the State Prison for the conditions contained in a contract to be made with said Trustees to furnish Stone &c - was read & referred to the Committee on the State Prison &c - Sent up for concurrence.
