Petition of William D Williamson & accompanying papers, taken from the last years, of the Senate, came down referred to the committee on Literature &c for concurrence & the House concurred.

Resolve in favor of Joseph B Prince taken from the last years files of the Senate, came down referred in Senate to the committee on Claims for concurrence & the House concurred.

Petition of James Means & al praying to be relieved from injuries occasioned by the operation of the law chartering the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation, was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed "An additional Resolve for opening and clearing a road from the South line of Township Number two Old Indian purchase on the East side of Penobscot River to the Mattanawcook Stream', and for the relief of certain persons - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
