[70] [Committee on the Bond of the Treasurer of State] House may join be a committee to receive the Bond which may be offered by the Treasurer elect and to settle with Mark Harris late Treasurer of State, to make a schedule of all the property in the Treasury and transfer the same to Elias Thomas Treasurer elect - sent down for concurrence - concurred and Messrs Swan Ruggles and Bourne were joined.
