Bill - repealing several acts now in force relating to Hogshead Shooks, reported by the committee on Bills in the 3d reading in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional act respecting the Winthrop Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - in addition to an Act authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of Waterville Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to set off Washington Remick from Kittery to Eliot & to repeal a former Act for the same purpose, was read a third time, amended & passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of Anson Bridge, was reported by the committee on Bills in the 3d reading, and then on motion referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals with instructions to make a report of the prominent facts in the case. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the Committee on the memorial of Moses Pelton, granting leave to withdraw and assigning in much detail the reasons for their report, was read & accepted

Bill - to prevent the destruction of Alewives in Little River in the town of Perry, was read 1st & 2d time & Thursday next at ten o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - repealing part of An Act to establish Dameriscotta [Damariscotta] Canal was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at ten o clock assigned for a 3d reading.
