[Bill enacted] An act to enable Pierre Riberot Cazeaux and Lundall Pitts Cazeaux to have and hold real estate in this State, reported by the Committee on Engrossed Bills, as correctly copied from the original, was passed to be enacted. [Bill respecting attachment of property] On motion of Mr. Kingsbury, an additional Act respecting the attachment of property on mesne process was taken up, read once, and Thursday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading. [Bill to annex E. Thompson from &c] An act to annex part of the land of Ephraim Thompson and Stephen Rounds to the town of Brownfield reported by committee on the incorporation of towns, was read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading. [Bill. practice of Physic & Surgery] An additional act regulating the practice of physic and surgery was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, as taken into a new draft. [Act concerning Enginemen] An Act authorizing the Selectmen of Hallowell to appoint an additional number of enginemen was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
