(210) [Pet. of J. Bodwell] Petition of John Bodwell that the name of the first Parish in Shapleigh may be changed, was read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Parishes, in concurrence. [Bill. road in Freeport] Mr. Drummond, from the Joint standing Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, on the Petition of Joseph Stockbridge & others, reported a Bill entitled "An act authorizing the Court of Sessions for the County of Cumberland to lay out a road across a Creek or arm of the Sea in Freeport" which was read the first time and Monday next at eleven o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.
