194. Report on an order relating to taxing certain species of property. Mr. Mgquire from the Joint standing committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred an order relating to the taxation of certain species of property by the valuation committee, made a report which was read and accepted. Sent own for concurrence. concurred.

Bill regulating to education of Youth. An additional Act to provide for the education of Youth, was read a second time and referent to Messrs Ingalls, Father and Megquire.

Resolve Chas McKenny Resolve in favor of Charles McKenny, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill authorizing the Inhabts. of N. Ditrict of Washington to choose Regr. of Deeds. An Act authorizing the Inhabitants of the North District in the county of Washington to choose a Register of Deeds, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
