Mr. Mgquire from the Joint standing committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred an order relating to the taxation of certain species of property by the valuation committee, made a report which was read and accepted. Bill regulating to education of Youth. An additional Act to provide for the education of Youth, was read a second time and referent to Messrs Ingalls, Father and Megquire.

Bill authorizing the Inhabts. of N. Ditrict of Washington to choose Regr. of Deeds. An Act authorizing the Inhabitants of the North District in the county of Washington to choose a Register of Deeds, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
