The Joint select Committee to to [sic] whom was referred the Report of A.B. Thompson Treasurer of State made a report which came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Communication from the Clerk of the Courts in Cumberland County in compliance with an order of the 9th instant - __ from the clerks of the County in Waldo County in compliance with an order of the 13th instant - were severally read and referred to the select Committee of this House who have that subject under consideration.

An Additional Resolve relating to the Matanawcook Road came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft and amended on sheet annexed marked B. which was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock was assigned for a second reading.

Resolve for the repair of the Gun House in Belfast, was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

A Bill entitled an Act to increase the Capital Stock of the Central Bank - was read a first and second time and tomorrow at elven oclock assigned for a third reading.

A Bill entitled an Act in Addition to an Act to provide for the education of Youth was read a first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading

Report on the Petition of Abraham c. Dixon and others granting
