Report of the Committee on the north eastern boundary to whom was referred an order of 27th January directing said Committee to inquire into the expediency of locating a road from the mouth of the Mattawamkeag to the Mattawaska River, that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the committee on the order of 12th inst, directing them to inquire as to the expediency of passing a law regulating the public sale of Real estate for taxes so far that the legality of said sale shall not be contested after the term of _____ years, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the committee on the order of 13 of Jany last directing them to inquire as to the expediency of so altering the 4th section of an Act additional to the several Acts respecting Highways passed Feby 23d 1828 as to allow towns & plantations having a population of more than 800 inhabitants to raise a greater sum of money to repair highways & bridges than said section authorizes - that legislation is inexpedient on the subject, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
