Bill - for the further improvement & preservation of Highways came from the Senate passed to be engrossed with an amendment at H for concurrence - and the House agreed to the amendment & passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - additional to an act directing the method of laying out & making provision for the repair & amendment of Highways, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence. The House adhered to their vote postponing the same indefinitely.
