On motion of Mr Meqquier, Ordered, that so much of the Governor's message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary of the State with the accompanying documents relating to that subject and to the abduction of citizens of Maine by the authorities of the British Provinces of New Brunswick be referred to Messrs Meqquier, Boutelle, and Emerson with such as the House may join.
