Bill - regulating the appointment of overseers of Houses of Correction - - recognizing the Strafford Manufacturing Company as a Corporation within this State - - providing for the Inspection of Sole Leather - - in additional to the several acts regulating the taking of Salmon, Shad & Alewives in the town of Machias - additional to an act for keeping watches & wards in towns & preventing disorders in streets & public places - regulating the Municipal affairs of the town of Portland - - incorporating the Bath Mutual Fire insurance Company - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
