102 Wednesday January 25. 1832 Met according to adjournment

Petition of the Trustees and overseers of Bowdoin Colledge [sic] for aid to that Institution was read and referred to the Committee on Literary Institutions - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Methodist Society in the town of Winthrop to repeal the law incorporating said Society was read and referred to the Committee on Parishes. - sent up for concurrence. -

On motion of Mr Nason Ordered that Messrs. Nason, Harvey and Curtis be a Committee with such as the Senate may join to consider the expediency of regulating by law the length of logs masts & spars, that shall be put into the Matawamkeag river and its tributary streams to be run down said river through a place called Slew Gunda with leave to report by bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence -
